We’re rolling out the red carpet for the 2010 NCTIES Conference. We would like to extend a special invitation to you to exhibit your latest publications, hardware, software, and related technology equipment at the premiere technology conference in North Carolina.
The North Carolina Technology In Education Society (formerly NCAECT), affiliated with the national organization ISTE, will hold its annual conference at the new Raleigh Convention Center, Raleigh, NC, March 3-5, 2010. We welcome you to exhibit your products related to media and technology. This is a golden opportunity for you to exhibit your products at a non-profit professional organization's conference that has been in existence for 38 years. Our revenues help fund technology grants, scholarships and awards given to outstanding teachers and/or administrators in the field of technology.

~Booth (10 by 10): $600.00 (includes one 2’ by 6’ table, backdrop (pipe and drape), table cover, two chairs, waste basket and vendor sign).
~Electrical outlet: $80.00
~Ethernet Data Connection: $ 80.00 per computer.
~Aisle Carpeting (no carpet in booth – may be ordered from drayage company Southern Exhibition)
~After-hours police security

~March 3, 2010 at 2:00 pm – 10:00 PM.
Exhibition Hours
~March 4, 2010, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 5:45 PM
~March 5, 2010 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM
Exhibit Hall will be closed 12:00 - 1:30 for keynote speaker luncheon

~Applications Deadline: February 12, 2010.
~No refund after February 12, 2010.
Continental breakfast and breaks will be scheduled in the exhibit area.
